NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2009

Notice is hereby given that the  Annual General Meeting 2009 of Swift Athletes Association will be held on Friday , 27th March 09 at  Chancery Room 503 , Level 5, RELC International Hotel, 30 Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258352 at 1830hrs. There will be a reception before the Meeting and all are welcomed.

1. Address by the President
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2008 held on Friday , 27th March 2008 at RELC International Hotel at Chancery Room 503, Level 5, RELC International Hotel, 30 Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258352 .
3. To receive and pass:
• Annual Report for Year 2008, and
• Annual Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2008
4. To elect members to their respective positions in the new Management Committee for the ensuing year.
5. To elect the Honorary Auditor for the ensuing year.
6. To transact any other business on which seven (7) days’ notice must be given to the Honorary Secretary.
7. Any Other Matter
